Emiliano Construction was founded in 2008 by a very dedicated and experienced head of household who possesses an innate love for the construction business. In spite of the challenges of starting a construction and home improvement company in the midst of an economic recession, we have been able to survive due to our dedication to the work and sincere focus on professionalism, which has allowed us to gain the trust and confidence of customers in the New York City area and beyond.

We are a family company, and each member of our team possesses the qualities of honesty, integrity, dedication, and reliability. We worked with Emiliano Construction Corp for an extensive renovation of a brownstone. The basement, first floor and part of the second floor were completely gutted, a new concrete slab was put in the basement and reinforced steel joists replaced the old and termite damaged joists. New walls, new floors, all new finishes were put in the basement and first floor, new kitchen, powder rooms (basement and first fl) and a new bathroom was installed on the second floor. Renovations can be stressful but with planning and a good contractor like Emiliano Construction, things can go better than expected! We renovated our kitchen & bath in our 1BR apartment this spring and lived in the apartment while work was being done. All building rules were followed, workmen came timely every day and worked well, were respectful, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Business Licenses & Certifications

Tracking Number

Our tracking number from the NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) facilitates the ability to for us to pull permits for over 150 different types of sidewalk and roadway construction

General Contracting License

We possess a valid and current General Contractor license from the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB). This means that we are recognized as a construction company that is allowed to legally work in the city and also able to pull permits for any type of job.

Home Improvement & Locksmith Licenses

NYC requires a home improvement license for work being performed in a 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-family dwelling or an individual unit/condo in a multiple-family dwelling. A locksmith license is required to repair, service, install, inspect, and open and close locks by mechanical means.

Emiliano Construction Corp possesses both licenses and regularly renews them to keep our status active and our work.

Lead Safe Certified

Any firm that is paid to perform work that disturbs lead paint or conducts lead dust sampling in housing or child-occupied facilities built before 1978 must be certified.

Our company follows lead-safe work practices, has been trained by EPA-approved providers, and has completed all necessary hands-on and classroom instruction required for EPA Lead-Safe certification.
