We worked with Emiliano Construction Corp for an extensive renovation of a brownstone. The basement, first floor and part of the second floor were completely gutted, a new concrete slab was put in the basement and reinforced steel joists replaced the old and termite damaged joists. New walls, new floors, all new finishes were put in the basement and first floor, new kitchen, powder rooms (basement and first fl) and a new bathroom was installed on the second floor. New electrical and plumbing throughout and new stucco and paint on back facade.
